Alton Towers - Half Term Update
Alton Towers struggled to open on Saturday 12 February 2012 due to “Ice Age” temperatures (do you see what I did there?), but the park managed to open a selection of attractions on the original bill set for Half Term. All visitors received a complimentary bounce back ticket to use until June 2012 and annual pass holders received 4 free fast pass tickets to use before June 2012.
Some notable changes can be found in the pictures above (thanks to TowersNerd), including construction for Ice Age 4D and Nemesis: Sub Terra, along with an overhaul of the main Towers Street store!
