Disneyland Paris - Disney Dreams! scenes revealed

What do we actually know about Disney Dreams? It has already been revealed in Disney’s promo video that the new nighttime spectacular show will feature fountains, fire, projections, lasers and much more, but now Disney has also revealed what story it will telling. At Disneyland Paris’ Annual General Meeting on February 17 2012 Disney announced the scenes which are due to take place during Disney Dreams! It seems that the main story seems to revolve around the story of Peter Pan and his shadow. While the show will combine many of the best elements of other Disney nighttime spectaculars, it could be this narrative, threading the entire thing together, that sets it apart.
An opening act titled The Magic of the Second Star will be the grand moment when the “second star to the right” of Peter Pan fame ignites at the top of Sleeping Beauty Castle, causing pixie dust to pour out across the castle’s façade and open up the Disney Dreams.
In the final show, that top window will be glowing with the bright light of the “second star” itself: the effect was installed behind its stained glass star just a few weeks ago. The second scene will be called The Shadow at Play, this strongly suggests a link back to Peter Pan again and his mischievous shadow. Scene 3 will be known as Free to Dream, and scene 4 will be titled Shadow Battle, which suggests the lighter and darker elements of the show. However, it was also confirmed that films including Ratatouille,The Hunchback of Notre Dame and The Jungle Book will all be part of the new show, showing a wide spread of stories and characters beyond the usual princesses and villains - something that World of Color really took on board when it launched in 2010. The final scene will be the big finale to every guests day at Disneyland Paris and the title suggests that: Dreams Can Take Us Anywhere. It is strongly suggested that this finale will be similar that of the Fantasmic finale where good prevails over evil.
