Disney’s California Adventure - World of Color

Tom Staggs, chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, said in a speech that the upcoming Pixar movie, “Brave,” could be featured in “World of Color,” the nighttime water and light show at California Adventure.
“You shouldn’t be surprised to see something from ‘Brave’ … in the not too distant future,” Staggs said at a speech at the Orange County Business Council’s dinner Thursday. Suzi Brown, a Disneyland Resort spokeswoman, said no date has been set for an addition to “World of Color.” ‘Brave’ has a slated release of June 2012 which is expected to be the date of addition to World of Color, possibly as a marketing tool for guests visiting the resort. Disney has added a number of additional and temporary scenes to World of Color since it’s debut in 2010, most being for special events. World of Color has to be my all time favourite Disney show, and the constant updating of it’s film footage just puts it at the forefront of Disney parks higher end imagineering success.
